Game Drives & Boat Cruises Professional
guides take our guests on an exploration of both the interior and waterfront
of the Chobe National Park in specially adapted 4x4 vehicles and motorboats.
The variety and density of wildlife is exceptional but it is the park’s
elephant herds that are the main attraction.
Sundowner Cruise From the lodge we offer a quiet sunset cruise
to the confluence of the Chobe and Zambezi Rivers aboard our ‘Finfoot’ boat.
This is the only place on earth where four countries meet at one point.
Nature Trail Take a stroll along the lodge nature
trail that meanders for 2km through a mix of riverine and miombo woodland.
Catch a glimpse of one of the resident Chobe Bushbuck or follow a troop of
mongoose as they forage.
Other ‘Must do’s’ ·
With the mighty Victoria Falls only an hour’s drive away, day
trips are easy to arrange. ·
Visit a working crocodile farm and see some of the largest
specimens in captivity. ·
The recently opened ‘Biodiversity Centre’ is a must for those
who are interested in the less commonly seen wildlife. The country’s largest
collection of indigenous snakes is housed here. ·
Fully guided sport fishing (catch & release) can be arranged
to do battle with the feisty Tiger fish. |
